Coronation for the Duchy of Western Gate

As long as all the candidates qualify at Kingdom Quals on Saturday, Oct 4th then elections will be held the weekend of October 18th & 19th.

I plan to hold elections at a centralized location in 3 regions of our kingdom. I will be in
* The San Antonio area on Saturday, October 18th from 11am to 1pm
* The Austin area on Saturday, October 18th from 6pm to 8pm
* The Killeen area on Sunday, October 19th from noon to 2pm

In order to do this I need some assistance from our populous.

1. I need suggestions for locations. It should be a public location that is readily assessable to as many Amtgarders as reasonably possible. It cannot be at a park where any CK chapters currently meet (corpora restriction) .

2. I need at least one volunteer from that region (not running for kingdom office) who is willing to sit with me for the entire two hour period. Additional volunteers willing to travel to the election locations are welcome. I would prefer that candidates running for kingdom office not hang out at the election sites (consider it a campaign restriction) .

Nov 2 CK Halloween Party and Coronation - Events include a Halloween costume contest/party, a monster mash battlegame and a monster garb tourney. Only $10.

We will be meeting at the park at 3 as per normal. We will then move to the Demo site. And have a tourney. The more bizarre the garb/weapon the better. It is Halloween after all.

Mid Reign of King Thorvald November 6 to 9 Rising Winds Midreign

This new, Interkingdom Collegium-style event will focus on providing instruction in the Arts & Sciences, Leadership skills needed to serve as an officer of groups from shire level on up to kingdom as well as the hosting and running of successful events at all levels from Shire on up to large Interkingdom events.

Our instructors, for the most part, will be individuals who hold Knighthoods or Masterhoods in their areas of expertise and are willing to pass their knowledge on to others. So, come learn some new skills or hone the ones you already have in order to move to that elusive "next level" of achievement!
